Four Sets of Twins

Rabbi Shimon Gruzman and his wife Chanie are happy to announce the birth of twins. This is the fourth set of twins for the couple. And while this might be a record in the United States, the couple is extremely grateful.

"This year marks the Year of Hakhel. meaning the year of gathering. We are happy to gather with two more members of the family this year,” Rabbi Gruzman told the Forum. 

The Gruzmans manage the Chabad Jewish Center of Castro Valley, which they founded in 2013. 

“As busy as we are with these two additional blessings, we are committed to continue serving the Jewish needs of the Castro Valley community. When the family grows, it brings more blessings to the work. If there is an opportunity for more children to come into the world, we shouldn’t deny it to ourselves,” Rabbi Gruzman said.
