2022 Rowell Ranch Rodeo Parade Art and Essay Contest Chair Dawn Ortiz invites all aspiring Castro Valley kindergarten through fifth graders to participate in this year’s contests. First and second place will be awarded for each category (Art or Essay) in three age groups (K-1st, 2nd-3rd and 4th-5th). All students at Castro Valley schools and home school students are invited.
