The League of Women Voters Eden Area held an open forum on state propositions, Friday evening, October 14 at Castro Valley Community Park. LWV member Pat Payne (left) explains a state proposition. LWV's Marian Honda (right) took turns with Payne explaining the propositions. Audience members were able to ask clarifying questions. Mail-in ballots are being sent to all eligible registered voters in the state. Election Day is November 8.
