A Must Accessory: Dog Saddle Bags

It is heart-warming to notice dog owners/caretakers with their (lime colored) plastic bags to collect the inevitable dog discharge. However, it is NOT heart-warming to find the collected bagged discharge left either on the sidewalk or on the curb or in the street -- very bad unhealthy manners. SOLUTION!
