Congrats to the CVEA Chamber of Commerce for having the vision and to the Alameda County Community Development Agency for implementing the removal of the billboards on CV Boulevard. This plan, first envisioned In the 1985 Specific Plan, is now a reality and the best civic improvement in years. Onward!
