Eden Hospital Closes its Gift Shop

I would like to make all aware that Eden Hospital has decided to close its gift shop.
Sad, a community hospital doesn't see fit to offer convenience to it's patients and guest any longer by having an on site gift shop. And the shop is 100% volunteers, not for profit.
What is Eden planning to do with this space, not much bigger than a walk in closet? I haven't a clue. But I do know that this will upset a lot of visitors who loved to purchase flowers and gifts for their friends and relatives who are patients at Eden.
I wish Eden would reconsider. Keep the gift shop open for us all to appreciate. But, I guess once again, profits take priority over people.
