The statement “you cannot change your sex” is a statement of fact, has nothing to do with hatred or phobia.

It belongs to the same category as "you cannot change your race" or "you cannot change your species".

Another example, declaring that you do not like or you do not “believe” in gravitation will not make jumping from a cliff a safe endeavor.

We are living in a world with physical and biological laws that are immune to our liking or disliking.
