In response to Mr. Stephen Gutierrez letter of January 1, 2026 challenging the consideration that Harris was NOT a DEI candidate, please, Stephen, do not have a continuing kafuffle over Harris being considered as a DEI candidate. She indeed was. Didn’t Earn It is her qualification. Don’t believe it? Ask Gavin Newsom.
