Major Problem with CV Lumber Yard
The major problem with the CV lumber yard is the very awkward street layout with a short stretch of Stanton connected to Strobridge Ave. It splits a large parcel of land, which would otherwise be more amenable to development. The entire street design should be redone, with the elimination of that short stretch of Stanton Ave. and Strobridge directly T’d into Castro Valley Blvd.
