Sanitary District Rate Increase Explained

In response to Mr. Patrick Brown’s letter in the March 20, 2024 Forum concerning the 15% rate hike over the next five years, my god man; how do you expect the sanitary district to pay for their 15% salary raises each year for the next five years? Even Ray Charles could see that.
