Stop Blaming Conservatives

Dear Editor,
I honestly wonder if your readers who submit letters to the Forum do a little Fact Check first?
Ms. Shipp writes of a “conservative attitude” that prevents change in Castro Valley. She is obviously unaware of the fact that Sprouts Market wanted to move into the Rite Aid building. And, it wasn’t any “conservative” movement that kept Sprouts out. Instead, the strong arm of liberal unions who can’t stand a little competition in town prevented Sprouts from being a welcomed additon to our commmunity. It seems liberals, and its union constituents who pay their way, are the ones who resist change. Stop blaming conservatives, Ms. Shipp.
As for Mr. Hauer who proclaimed, “Trump correct about everything”. We only have to Google the fact that Donald Trump has lied over 30,000 times according to the Washington Post.
It seems President Biden is trying to catch up to Trump with all his lies about involvement with his son, Hunters, business. Time will tell if he can or not.
