Turn Off Those Sprinklers

There has been an issue with HARD turning the sprinklers on and leaving them on for hours. On Saturday, July 30th they were on at 8 am and a friend told me at 5 pm they were still on. This is a major concern for us all. We are in a major drought and someone needs to make sure when they go on they go off in a timely manner.
