Small Minded Business Shenanigans at Marketplace

Wow!  How unfortunate for Castro Valley to have such small minded business shenanigans happening in what could be a vibrant set of storefronts.
It’s no wonder the New Marketplace can’t hold any tenants, having to contend with such petty revenge from neighboring owners.
I’m sure the courts will find in favor of the original lease agreements and we will eventually have a nice outdoor space for our community to enjoy.
Meanwhile, the building that houses the Ice Creamery, (which also has greatly reduced indoor space and apparently, now, limited outdoor seating as well.) and other new shops trying to survive, is  beginning to look like a HazMat site.
SHAMEFUL!
