Actions for Peace
The UN International Day of Peace event held at Castro Valley’s Lake Chabot Regional Park on Saturday, September 16, 2023, included an uplifting program of music, peace messages, poetry, and a lakeside walk. This year’s theme, Actions for Peace, is a call to action that recognizes our individual and collective responsibility to foster peace.
