Alan Chamaro, Executive Vice President of Lowe’s Enterprises, will speak on “Attracting the Right Developers.” A native of Castro Valley, Mr. Chamaro will explain why developments happen in some communities and not others, and how a community can build a market.

This is the fifth in a series of presentations sponsored by Castro Valley City, Inc.  The speakers will share their experiences in transforming cities for success in the future.
