The best part of the winter season is spending time with family and friends. Mark your calendars and invite your friends for three free winter concerts put on by the Castro Valley Adult & Career Education Bands.

On Dec. 10 at 7:30 pm "Route 66" the CVACE Swing band will play music from the Big Band era. Director Mark Morelli will lead the band in lively musical selections from Besame Mucho to Bandstand Boogie along with Christmas selections.

On Dec. 11 at 2 pm The Castro Valley Orchestra will perform with conductor Josh Cohen.

On Dec. 21 at 7:30 pm Kathy Maier will lead the Castro Valley Community Band.

All events are at the Castro Valley Center for the Arts. Come out and get festive with your friends!
