"Shout Out for Pen Women!" is the theme of the Pen Women reception Saturday, October 14, 4-6:15pm where 10 artists are exhibiting their paintings in the Lobby of the Castro Valley Center for the Arts, 19501 Redwood Rd., Castro Valley.
