The Castro Valley Adult and Career Education Strides Paid Internship Program (PIP), in collaboration with Behavior Pivot Consulting, presents an interactive workshop for employers to understand the benefits of neurodiversity within the workplace.

There is a large population of individuals with intellectual disabilities or brain-based differences that are unable to find meaningful employment. Much of this is due to lack of awareness and education on how to hire and employ someone with an intellectual disability.

This workshop highlights the business benefits of neurodiverse hiring and the advantages that companies are gaining by educating themselves on how to tap into a talented and dedicated workforce that is ready for employment.
