Las Positas College (LPC) is thrilled to host the 7th Annual Livermore Valley Craft Beer Festival on May 13 from 1 to 5 pm on the LPC campus athletic field. The festival is a celebration of local craft beer and an excellent opportunity to support small businesses in the Livermore Valley. All ticket proceeds will contribute to new equipment for the LPC Fire Service Technology program.

“We are excited to partner and begin a new chapter with Las Positas College and their Fire Service Technology program,” said Jon Sylvester, executive director of the Livermore Valley Craft Beer Foundation. “Even though most aspects of the festival will be the same as previous events, this year’s Livermore Valley Craft Beer Festival will have a new look and beneficiary and a fantastic new venue with more room for vendors, attendees and parking.”

The festival will feature over 40 NorCal craft breweries, including some of the most popular local favorites and emerging new brewers. Attendees can sample from a diverse selection of craft beers and ciders while enjoying live music and several local food vendors.

LPC President Dr. Dyrell Foster expressed that hosting the Livermore Valley Craft Beer Festival allows the college to build relationships with local businesses and community members.

"We are thrilled to bring the Livermore Valley Craft Beer Festival to Las Positas College for the first time," said Foster. "This festival is a great opportunity for the community to come together and support local businesses and our Fire Service Technology program while enjoying a fun day out."

The Livermore Valley Craft Beer Festival is open to anyone 21 or older. Tickets are available for purchase online or at the door and include a commemorative tasting glass and unlimited tastings.

Tickets:

$50 - General admission, $60 at the door.

$80 - VIP includes one-hour early entrance, exclusive live music, hang time with the breweries, a 2023 event T-shirt, and a reusable event bag.
