May I STRONGLY suggest that the Castro Valley Forum read, and correct letters submitted before printing.
Jack Gayle wrongly, and without proof, wrote that President Trump “was convicted of rape”. Absolutely false. Mr. Trump was found liable for sexual abuse. The jury could not define such abuse as rape.
ABC, and its talk show host George Stephanopoulos, are currently being sued by Donald Trump for stating on the air that he was convicted of rape. I would hate to see the same happen to a fine community newspaper.
Very foolish for an obvious liberal democrat such as Jack Gayle to jump to false conclusions. And, very dangerous that The Forum would print something as slanderous as this.
