Help Beautify CV

Dear Editor,

People want CV to be more beautiful and a nicer place to live. I agree. Let’s turn that blighted corner on Somerset and Lake chabot road into a park. Plant a couple more trees, build a bench or two, and a trash can. Who owns that property?
