Spring has sprung, and it’s time to think about beautiful summer color in your garden.  The San Leandro Dahlia Society will hold its annual tuber and small plant sale on Saturday, April 19, 10 am- 2pm at the Milford Garden Improvement Clubhouse, 13055 Aurora Drive, San Leandro.  That’s across the street from Garfield Elementary School.
