San Jose-based musician Aki Kumar has successfully combined elements of Indian music into his presentation, making a Bollywood blues blend that sounds like no other. He has made multiple appearances at The Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival, has been featured on PRI “The World,” and has toured in Russian, Scandinavia, and South America. Prepare to dance, laugh, and have fun! Bring your lawn chairs…bring the family…bring a picnic! Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on Alameda County Library property. Please bring your own chairs; the library is unable to provide chairs for this event.
