LWVEA Afternoon Tea

Herbal Remedies: Nervous System and Tea Blending
HERBAL SERIES: NERVOUS SYSTEM AND TEA BLENDING

Join us to gain an understanding of how the nervous system functions, and the role stress plays in our daily life. You will learn how to balance your nervous system to support sleep, energy, digestion, focus, and more, with nervine herbs, adaptogens, and lifestyle practices. We'll end the class with a tea-blending workshop and explanation of how you can use easy-to-grow medicinal herbs for your daily nervous system support. This is the third and final in a series of three.

Holiday Tea and Boutique
Holiday Tea and Boutique is happening at Castro Valley United Methodist Church on Saturday, December 2 from 10 - 5. Tea service is from 11 - 3. Tea tickets are $30.00. Previous teas have proven this event to be a wonderful, relaxing, and a tradition for family and friends. Reservations are optional but available by contacting karen.loughrige@yahoo.com. Entrance to vendors is free. Proceeds from this event will go toward numerous community projects.
