DEI Serves to Brainwash
Regarding the Forum’s article on the installation of DEI propagandist Dana Beckton into the Sutter Health organization, I say no, Mr. Singer, DEI ideology does not support anything other than rank misogyny.
DEI ideology promotes gender equity, which is double-speak for gender sharing, and gender sharing is double-speak for sex discrimination, the abridgement of women’s freedoms and civil liberties by biological males. CEO Warner Thomas is signing on to the tail end of a dying ideology that serves to marginalize biological women and their gender rights. This is why other “organizations are retracting their dedication to DEI”.
CEO Thomas doesn’t grasp (or care) that our gender rights in this country are established at birth for the universal purpose of ensuring that all persons (born male or female) receive equal application and protection of freedoms and civil liberties based on sex. It’s the very foundation of gender EQUALITY. In fact, gender equality was the basis and defense for same-sex rights. All receive the same entitlements regardless of sexual orientation (hetero-, homo-, or bisexuality), or sexual identity (transsexuality). BEHAVIOR IS NOT A PROTECTED CLASS and cannot be used to abridge the rights of a protected class, like biological women. This is the pesky, inconvenient truth that gay/queer/trans activists, leftist politicians and organizations keep throwing political rocks at to break. They try “gender fluidity” or use abortion as a proportional counterweight to all other rights—as in “we’re supporting abortion ladies, now step aside and let transexual males use the rest”.
DEI serves to brainwash biological women (and girls) into believing that their gender rights and protections are all SUBJECT to the dissociative behavior of transexuals.
Sutter Health should stop enabling and start treating dissociative behavior. The text “Dissociation and the Dissociative Disorders: DSM-V and Beyond”, is a good start.
