The LWVEA is hosting a virtual Candidate Forum to help you learn more about candidates running for the Hayward Area Recreation and Park Board of Directors. The Candidates invited to participate include Louis Manuel Andrade, Joseph Grcar, Rick Hatcher, Kenneth Owen, Luis Reynoso, and Peter Rosen.
